    One can register by clicking on “Sign in/Register” link on the homepage. Please provide your information in the form that appears.

    Do not forget to mention the mobile number you have registered with the Landmark Rewards Program to earn and spend your Landmark reward points.

    If you are a Landmark employee do mention your Employee ID to avail the benefits of employee discount.

  • Are there any charges for registration?

    No, Registration is free of charges.

  • Can I have multiple registrations?

    You can associate your E-mail address and Contact number to one account only.

  • How do I order?

    - Sign into your account
    - Set your delivery location
    - Find the items you want to buy by searching/browsing our Shop by category.
    - Add all the items you wish to purchase to your cart with the “Add to Cart” button
    - Click on "View Cart & Check Out", and Proceed to Checkout
    - Enter your shipping information and select that address
    - Choose your delivery date and slot
    - Select your payment information and click the “Continue” button to complete the transaction

  • Can I change my delivery address after placeing the order?

    No, you cannot change your delivery address after your order is been placed. If you wish to cancel your order you can call us at 18605009418, All 7 days, 11 am to 8 pm.

  • Can I change my delivery slot after placing the order?

    Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of the slot, please contact our Customer Support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

  • How do I add or remove products after placing my order?

    Once your order is placed you will not be able to make changes in your order. If you wish to cancel your order call us at 18605009418, Monday - Sunday, 11 am to 8 pm.

  • How do I check status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order by going to My Account > My Orders > Check if your order is processing or completed.
    You can also call our Customer care team 18605009418, Monday – Sunday, 11am – 8pm.

  • What is the minimum order for delivery?

    There is no minimum order value. There is a delivery charge of Rs50 for orders below Rs499.

  • How to order items from my previous orders?

    Sign in to your account > My Account > Dashboard > My Orders > Reorder

  • How do I know If my order is confirmed?

    When you have successfully placed an order, you will see an order confirmation page. You can also check by going to My Account > Dashboard > My Orders to see your order details.

  • How do I know If products from my order are unavailable?

    When a product from your order is unavailable, you will receive a Call/E-mail from our Customer Care.

  • What do I do when I don’t receive some products in my order?

    We try to ensure availability of all products on our website. However due to unforeseen issues as explained previously, there is a possibility that we may not be able to supply a product after it was ordered by you. Our customer care team will Call/E-mail to inform you about the products that cannot be delivered.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How do I check if you deliver in my area?

    You can find out if we deliver to your area by logging in to your account and typing in your locality in the Location/Area tab.

  • What to do If my order arrives when I’m not available?

    If you think you won’t be available to receive your order, please call SPAR customer care and let us know your preferred delivery time slot and we will do our best to redeliver your order. If you fail to call us within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt, SPAR reserves the right to cancel such orders.

  • How do I change my shipping address?

    You can change your addresses by Signing into your Account > My Account > Addresses > Edit Address you want your order to be delivered to or Add a new Address by Clicking on +”.

    Once the order is been placed, shipping address can't be changed.

  • Do you deliver to multiple addresses?

    We only deliver to the address specified on the order. If you’d like us to deliver to multiple addresses, split up your purchases and send them as separate orders to different addresses. You can store multiple addresses in the My Account section.

  • Can someone else receive my order on my behalf?

    Yes, another person can receive your order on your behalf at the address.

  • How are the Fruits and Vegetables packaged?

    Fresh fruits and Vegetables are handpicked, cleaned, packed and delivered. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

  • How are items like Fruits, Vegetables, Meat and Poultry weighed?

    Fruits, Vegetables, Meat and Poultry vary a little in size and weight. While you shop, we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by grammage. At the time of delivery, we weigh each item to determine its final price.

  • How to know If my order is going to be delayed?

    In case of delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your Online Return and Exchange policy ?

    We have a 'No questions asked return/refund policy' which entitles all our customer to return the product at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. Products should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns under the following instances:

    (i) Returns will not be entertained on altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise purchased on promotional sale (ii) Damages due to mishandling of product; (iii) Products with tampered or missing labels;

  • What is your Store Return and Exchange policy?

    At SPAR. Our endeavor is to bring you Superior Quality Products at all times, If, for some reason you wish to exchange, we would be pleased do so within 14 days from the date of purchase against submission of Original invoice to the same store.

    All Electric. Elctronic. Luggage & Information Technology products shall be subject to manufacturer's warranty only and is not covered under this exchange policy. After sales service, wherever is applicable, will be provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers. based on their terms and conditions warranty.

    For reasons health & hygiene uergarments, personal care products, swimwear, socks, cosmetics, crockery, jewellery, frozen foods, dairy and bakery products, loose staples & dry fruits, fruits and vegetables, baby food, liquor, tobacco, over the counter medication (OTO & Products of similar nature will not be Exchanged

    Exchanged/refund will not be entertained on altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise purchased on promotional sale.

    All products returned should be unused. undamaged and in saleable condition.

    Refund will be through a credit note for onetime use valid for 30 days from the date of issue to be redeemed in the same store. No duplicate credit note will be issued in lieu of damaged/lost defaced mutilated Credit Note's.

    While our endeavor is to be flexible, In case any dispute, shall be subject to Bengaluru jurisdiction only.

  • How do I exchange a product?

    Exchange of product purchased online can be done by contacting our customer care or visiting the store from where the product has been delivered (Store address is mentioned on the invoice). Store T&C's applicable with respect to exchange of product.

  • When do I get my refund?

    Prepaid Orders: Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 5-7 days after we receive and process your return.

  • Can I exchange a promotional purchase, where the discount/offer was applied on the total cost of my purchase?

    Exchange will not be entertained on merchandise purchased on promotional sale.

  • Can I return my online purchases to a SPAR Store?

    Yes, you can return your online purchases to SPAR Store as per the return and exchange policy mentioned above.

    'My Account' enables you to view your Order History from Dashboard, update your profile details, add products in wishlist to your cart as well as Change your password.

  • How do I change my password?

    To change your password:

    Sign in to your account > My Account > Profile > Change password > Enter Current, New password and Confirm password > Click on Submit button

  • How can I change my registered mobile number?

    To change your registered mobile number, you must contact our customer care team at 18605009418 or write us at [email protected] (11am – 8pm) Monday - Sunday. Our Customer Care will change the registered number on your behalf and same will reflect on your account within two working days.

  • What are the modes of payment?

    You can pay for your orders using the following modes of payment.

  • Are there any hidden charges?

    All the products listed on the website will be sold at Indian Rupees either at MRP (Inclusive of all taxes) or at an Offer/Discounted price with taxes, unless and otherwise specified.
    Prices of fresh produce, meat, fish, & poultry products may change. There could be differences in ordered prices & the final invoice amount. Please pay as per the final invoice handed over to you at the time of delivery.

  • I just made an online purchase, but I haven’t linked my Landmark Rewards account. Can I still earn points for that purchase?

    No, you'll need to link your accounts first to be able to earn points on your purchases.

  • Will I lose my points if I return an item?

    Yes. If you return an item, the points you've earned on your purchase will be debited from your Landmark Rewards account.

  • I just completed a purchase, but my points haven't been credited. Why?

    Your Landmark Rewards points will be credited 35 days after delivery, and you'll be able to spend them after that.

  • When can I start using my points?

    Your points will be credited 35 days from the date of delivery, and you can spend them when you shop. The points will be valid for 12 months after they are credited.

  • Are there restrictions on spending points?

    You must have a balance of least 166 points to be able to pay with Landmark Rewards points. You'll have to spend 166 points or more at a time, when you shop. Please note that Landmark Rewards points do not cover your shipping costs.

  • How do I change personal information on my Landmark Rewards account?

    To make changes to the personal details on your already-linked Landmark Rewards account, you could:

    No, you cannot transfer your Landmark Rewards points.

  • How do I check my balance?

    There are five different ways in which you could check your balance:

  • What are the various SPAR Wallet components?

    To simplify your Wallet experience, SPAR Wallet contains 3 primary components:
    • My Cash:Consists ofthe money you add into your wallet- Gift Cards, Refunds (Credit Notes), and SPAR Bonus money. With the amount available under My Cash,you can pay at the counter in 2 simple
    steps.Amount loaded by you will never expire but the Gift Cards, RefundsandSPAR Bonus Money (only the cashback given under SPAR Bonus) will have an expiry date subject to their respective T&Cs
    • My cashbacks:Consists of all your cashback rewards for participating in promotions run by SPAR. The expiry of the Cashbackwill be subject to the T&Cs of the individual promotions. Redeem your earnings before they expire.
    • My coupons: One place to view all your available coupon codes. Coupons, like cashback, have an expiry date and vary by promotions.

  • How do I load money into my Wallet?

    Simple. You can add money into your Wallet by using any of your Debit Cards, Credit Cards, NetBanking, UPI (coming soon), or any other acceptable payment methods available on the payment page. Cash on delivery or international cards are not acceptable modes of payment for Wallet top-ups.

  • Is there any limit on the amount I can load money into my Wallet?

    You can add amount up toRs.10,000 per month per user. At any point in time, you cannot have a balance of more than Rs.10,000 in your wallet. However, you can keep receiving credit notes for your refunds, and any cashbacks.

  • How do I earn cashback?

    There are multiple ways to earn cashback. SPAR team may credit your Wallet with cashback from time to time subjected to promotional offers T&Cs. You can also earn cashback when you transact using Wallet during promotional periods. Use your cashback amount to pay for your next transaction at SPAR. When you load your SPAR Bonus account with denominations of Rs.5,000 or Rs.10,000, SPAR will credit additional Rs.1,000 and Rs.2,000 to your SPAR Wallet account, respectively. More details in “What is SPAR Bonus and what are the benefits”

  • What is SPAR Bonus and what are the benefits?

    SPAR Bonus guarantees extra savings to you. You top-up your Wallet either with Rs.5000 or Rs.10,000. SPAR will credit additional Rs.1,000 and Rs.2,000 respectively as cashback to your Wallet account.

    Every month, you unlock Rs.833 from your top-up amount and Rs.167 from the cashback provided by SPAR for redemption. If you do not use your top-up amount in the month, it will be rolled over to the next month. However, the cashback amount will expire in the calendar month and cannot be used further. Your top-up amount will never expire.

    If you areadding Rs.10,000 to your SPAR Bonus account, you will receive Rs.2,000 as cashback from SPARimmediately. Onthe 1st of every month, for the next 12 months,Rs.1,000 will be unlocked for you- of which Rs.833 is from your topped up amount and Rs.167 is from the cashback provided by SPAR. The cashback component will be valid until the end of the calendar month and will expire post that. However, the amount loaded by you never expires. If you are using the amount partially, or not at all using your loaded amount, it will be rolled over to the next month for your usage.

    Similarly, ifyou areadding Rs.5,000 to your SPAR Bonus account, you will receive Rs.1,000 as cashback from SPAR immediately. On the 1st of every month, for the next 6 months, Rs.1,000 will be unlocked for you- of which Rs.833 is from your topped up amount and Rs.167 is from the cashback provided by SPAR. The cashback component will be valid until the end of the calendar month and will expire post that. However, the amount loaded by you never expires. If you are using the amount partially, or not at all using your loaded amount, it will be rolled over to the next month for your usage.

  • Can I spend all my SPAR Bonus amount entirely in a single transaction?

    SPAR Bonus amount loaded by you and unused in the calendar month will be carried forward for the next month and can be used in a single transaction.

    On the 1st of every month, you will unlock an amount of Rs.1,000 that will be valid for the complete calendar month. Rs.833 is from the amount you have topped up from your bank account, and Rs.167 is given as the SPAR Bonus cashback. Your loaded amount of Rs.833 will never expire and if not used, will be rolled over to the next month; however, the cashback amount of Rs.167, if not used will expire by the end of the calendar month.

  • Can I transfer my Wallet money?

    Wallet balance cannot be transferred to Bank, Other Wallets, or other User accounts. It can be used only against your bill value while shopping at Spar. Wallet money cannot be redeemed for Cash.

  • How can I redeem my Wallet money?

    Once you have loaded money into your SPAR Wallet, or successfully earned cashback, or got any refunds, you are eligible to pay for your transaction using the Wallet balance.

    While you are at the stores, our cashier will enquire with you if you wish to pay for your transaction using available Wallet balance. Once you give your go ahead, cashier will initiate the transaction. You should receive an OTP, which once provided to the cashier will be used to validate and complete your transaction.

  • Can I pay for the complete order by redeeming Wallet cashback?

    Yes, most certainly you can. If you have the available/usable Wallet cashback balance,you can successfully redeem all of them towards payment of your transaction. If your Wallet balance is insufficient, you can either top up your Wallet, or partially pay from the available balance and the rest using other modes of payments.

  • Does my Wallet money expire?

    Amount you have added from your bank account never expires.

    Any cashback earned from promotions, refunds credited to your account, gift card amount, or SPAR bonus cashback may have an expiry as per the promotional offer T&Cs. You can view the expiry of the Wallet currencies in your Wallet account.

    Credit notes currently have an expiry of 30 days. However, this might change as per the decision of Max Hypermarkets from time to time.

  • Can I club my Wallet currencies to pay for a single order?

    All your Wallet currencies are clubbed and redeemed for your payment. Wallet currencies are redeemed basis the expiry rules. Amount expiring first will be given priority for redemption.

  • Can I pay partially from my Wallet and partially from other payment options?

    Yes, you may use other payment methods available to pay along with SPAR Wallet. However, the money shall be deducted from Wallet first and the remaining amount can be paid through other available payment methods.

  • Can I decide the amount that I can pay from the Wallet and the rest using other payment options?What happens if I also have a coupon code I wish to redeem?

    Your Wallet balance will be used first. The balance amountmight be paid through other available payment methods.

    For example, if your billed amount is Rs.3,000, and you’ve a coupon of Rs.500, you would need to provide the coupon code to the cashier for applying the discount. Post discount, thebalance of Rs.2,500 is to be paid. The cashier will check your Wallet balance at the billing counter andrequest a debit from your account. You would need to provide an OTP to the cashier, post which your Wallet balance can be used. If your Wallet had a balance of Rs.500, then the remaining Rs.2,000 can be paid at the POS (point of sale) using any available payment methods.

  • Can I decide to not pay through Wallet, even though I might have Wallet balance available?

    It is up to you, if you wish to use your Wallet balance or prefer to pay through some other available options.
