Ingredients

  • Sorghum grain - 3 cup
  • Black gram dal - 1 cup
  • Salt and oil (for shallow fry)​

Instructions

  1. Grind soaked sorghum grain and black gram dal into a fine batter, add salt to taste and let it ferment
  2. Heat a dosa pan and apply a teaspoon of oil
  3. Pour the batter and spread into a thin round shape
  4. Fry until the dosa is crisp
  5. Serve hot with chutney
